Impossible Foods on Tuesday launched its meatless chicken nuggets in restaurants and announced plans to bring the new offering to supermarkets by the end of the month.

In the last decade, chicken has overtaken beef as Americans’ top meat choice, making it a target for the companies like Impossible that are looking to replace or reduce consumption of animal meat. The Impossible Chicken Nuggets help the company catch up to rival Beyond Meat, which launched chicken tenders in U.S. restaurants this July, more than two years after discontinuing its original chicken

SuperSNAP Helps Food Insecure Households Afford Healthy Foods

Led by UNC-Chapel Hill researchers, a new JAMA study showed that an additional $40 per month for SNAP beneficiaries substantially increased the purchase of healthier food options for people who struggle with food insecurity.

In a Tuesday LinkedIn post, Neman shared his thoughts on the nation’s current coronavirus crisis and called for “health mandates”—which he likened to vaccine and face mask requirements implemented in cities and businesses across the country.

Kraft Foods Issues ‘Mayo Culpa’ For Making Fat-Free Mayonnaise

Kraft Foods admitted its fat-free mayonnaise just doesn’t cut the mustard.

So the company is discontinuing the product, though other reduced-fat versions of the condiment will remain, according to Today.

Kraft first introduced its fat-free mayo in the early ’90s, but the company apparently realized after three decades that it was a bad idea.

“Let this be a lesson to you all to not fix what isn’t broken,” a company spokesperson told Today.com.

Kraft announced the condiment cancellation on Tuesday through a “mayo culpa” on Twitter.

Though Kraft claimed its decision is based solely on the quality ― or lack
